ONLINE APPLICATION and ADMISSION

∙ Download and accomplish the entrance exam application form. Kindly put your 2pcs 2×2 ID pictures with white background in the form.

∙ Entrance Exam schedule is by appointment or on a case-to-case basis. Kindly inform the ADNU Institutional Testing Office of your preferred date to take the exam ( ito@gbox.adnu.edu.ph ).

∙ Pay the testing fee (₱500.00 for Master’s Degree and ₱600.00 for Doctorate Degree) at the ADNU Treasurer’s Office. Offsite payments are accepted by the ADNU Treasurer’s Office (http://www.adnu.edu.ph/2021/05/02/new-offsite-payment-procedures/). Kindly email the proof of payment at payments@gbox.adnu.edu.ph

∙ Applicants must email the duly accomplished testing application form and the testing fee receipt to the Institutional Testing Office ( ito@gbox.adnu.edu.ph ) earlier than the preferred exam schedule in order to receive their testing schedule slip.

∙ Examinees must come early during the preferred testing date for the necessary protective measures required by the Ateneo. Late examinees will not be allowed to take the test but will be rescheduled on the next available testing date.

∙ Release of entrance exam results will be after three (3) working days and will be available at the Graduate School Dean’s Office (gradschool@gbox.adnu.edu.ph).

STEP 3. ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Scanned original copy of Honorable Dismissal/Transfer Credentials (student’s request from previous school attended)
  2. Scanned copy of Transcript of Records in college for Master’s application or scanned Transcript of Records in Master’s for Doctorate application (file copy with any purpose or remarks indicated is acceptable)
  3. Scanned copy of the latest-issued Certificate of Employment (for teachers and guidance counselors only to avail 25% tuition discount)
  4. Scanned copy of PSA Birth Certificate

Note: The original copy of Honorable Dismissal/Transfer Credentials must be sent to the ADNU Graduate School via courier, together with the other admission requirements.

  1. Download and accomplish the GS Student Biographical Data with ID picture , then convert it to PDF file.
  2. Download and accomplish the GS Library Information Slip , then convert it to PDF file.
  3. Email gradschool@gbox.adnu.edu.ph with the complete admission requirements and accomplished enrollment forms during the announced enrollment period.

Email subject: GS Admission_Surname.course (Example: GS Admission: Cruz.mba)

Late and/or incomplete submissions will not be accommodated.

STEP 4. ENCODING OF SUBJECTS

  1. The Graduate School Dean’s Office (gradschool@gbox.adnu.edu.ph) will acknowledge your email. Please wait 3-5 working days.
  2. The GS Dean’s Office (gradschool@gbox.adnu.edu.ph) will evaluate all requirements and accomplished forms.
  3. Once approved, the GS Dean’s Office will email the GS Trial Registration Form (TRF) .
  4. Please download the curriculum of your chosen GS course. Please refer to its Program of Study for the subjects to take.
  5. Please accomplish the TRF, then convert it to PDF file.
  6. The GS Dean’s Office will acknowledge your email. Please wait 3-5 working days.
  7. The ADNU Registrar’s Office will encode the subjects.

STEP 5. SETTLE ENROLLMENT

  1. The ADNU Registrar’s Office will email the official matriculation form to the email address given in the Trial Registration Form. Please wait 3-5 working days.
  2. The ADNU Registrar’s Office will indicate also in the email the payment process to settle enrollment.
  3. Settle enrollment via offsite payment process of the ADNU Treasurer’s Office.
  4. The ADNU Treasurer’s Office will acknowledge via email your payment.

STEP 6. PREPARATION FOR CLASSES

  1. Acquire GBox Account as official ADNU email address from the Management Information System. Please email them at mis.support@gbox.adnu.edu.ph of the complete GBox Account requirements:

– GS Student ID Number

– Scanned Copy of the Official Matriculation Form

Email subject: GS GBox_Surname.course ID# (Example: GS GBox: Cruz.mba 1234-5-6789)

Your Gbox account is important since the ADNU Graduate School will primarily use the Google Classroom for online learning.

  1. Kindly wait for your teachers’ email in your GBox account no later than 1 hour before the start of classes.
  2. Please make sure to have a reliable internet connection and computer equipment for your online classes.

We have selected subjects for the limited face-to-face sessions. Thus, kindly prepare the necessary adjustments when you travel to our campus for the onsite classes.

Although the online mode of delivery is self-paced, it will require more time and effort from you to perform weekly reading and writing tasks as compared to the usual in-person classroom sessions.

STEP 7. VISIT ADNU CAMPUS

  1. Ask for the hard copy of the Graduate School Student Handbook 2018 from the Graduate School Dean’s Office, 1F Fr. Godofredo Alingal SJ Hall, Ateneo de Naga University, Ateneo Avenue, Bagumbayan Sur, Naga City
  2. Obtain the Graduate School Student ID within the term of admission.
  3. Email the MIS RFID Studio first at misrfid@gbox.adnu.edu.ph for an appointment.
  4. Visit the RFID studio for your actual photo to be taken on the 1st floor of Xavier Hall, Ateneo de Naga University.
  5. Schedule: Tuesdays to Fridays, 1:00 PM- 5:00 PM
  6. What to wear: Semi-formal attire top
  7. What to bring: Your official matriculation form.
  8. For the ID cord and case, please bring with you your ID and proceed to the Graduate School Dean’s Office, 1st flr Alingal Bldg, Ateneo de Naga University.
