How do I download my AMCAS verified application?

I can't seem to get a copy of my completed and verified application, with my calculated GPA, from the AMCAS website. The only option on the website that seems would be the way to do it is Print Application, but that ends up downloading a .cfm file which opens up as gobbledeegook in Dreamweaver.

I know on the pre-verified version there is a button on the right-hand side of the first screen you come to once logging into AMCAS that says Print Application. It generates a PDF.

Try rightclicking on "print application" and choosing"save file as." Change the extension to .pdf. Or try left-clicking it as normal, doing file->save as in dreamweaver, and changing the extension to .pdf.

.cfm is a server-side file (coldfusion) that generates your pdf file. Your browser is just confused.

Hmm. Well right-clicking gives me no "save as" option, and "left clicking" just starts an immediate download (ie: also with no "save as" option).

If the file downloads to your computer somewhere you can find, just change the .cfm to a .pdf.

If, when you click the print button, it opens immediately in Dreamweaver then open it in Dreamweaver and save it somewhere. Then rename it to a .pdf file.

If that doesn't work, try downloading a different browser (like firefox 2/safari) and try the left click and/or right click save as.

If that doesn't work just try another computer.
