Dear Home Office,
Since Last 5 Years, I am on Tier-2 General VISA. Now i want to apply my ILR(Indefinite Leave to Remain).
My Question is,
In SET(O) (Version 04/2016) Application for indefinite leave to remain form, There is one of requirements for Tier-2 General Application as below,
On Page No. 82
12P Tier 2 migrant
--------------------
"A document from the sponsor who issued the certificate of sponsorship that led to your last permission to stay as a Tier 2 migrant confirming that you are:
- still required for the employment in question for the foreseeable future "
Actually my sponsor (employer) is ready to give me his standard letter format instead of above line which as below,
"I can confirm that Mr.XXXX has been employed by XXXX company since XX/XX/XXXX Date and is currently employed on a permenent contract as an XXXX position.
Mr. XXXX's gross annual income is £XXXX.
The SOC code used for his Tier2(General) application was XXXX and his current annual salary is above the appropriate rate for the job as stated in the codes of
practice for Tier2 sponsors."
Can you please let me know is this above my employer's letter description is enough to satisfy requirement
i.e. "still required for the employment in question for the foreseeable future" in SET(O) (Version 04/2016) form?
Thank you very much.
Yours faithfully,
Dipak
